Cancellation Policy

At Together She Grows, we honor clarity, respect, and intentional time. Please review the following booking policy before scheduling your session or service. Appointments & Scheduling All sessions, services, and experiences must be booked in advance through our official booking platform. Your appointment is considered confirmed once booking is completed and a confirmation email or message is received. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All prices are listed clearly at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. To respect everyone’s time: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a forfeited session or fee. No-shows will be charged the full session amount and are non-refundable. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction with services once rendered. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion for extenuating circumstances. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate contact information Reviewing all booking details prior to confirming Arriving prepared and on time for their scheduled session Right to Refuse Service Together She Grows reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to inappropriate behavior, policy violations, or failure to comply with guidelines. Policy Agreement By booking a service with Together She Grows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
